100% Cleaners ("we") provides laundry and dry-cleaning services in Harare, Zimbabwe, through our shops, this website and WhatsApp. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email address and the addresses you give us for pickups and deliveries.
• Your orders, invoices, payments, receipts and coupon balances.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp or in our website chat, and anything you choose to share in them, such as a location pin.
• Basic technical information needed to run the website and send notifications you ask for.

How we use it

• To take bookings, clean your laundry, arrange pickups and deliveries, and work out delivery fees from the distance to your address.
• To bill you, record payments and keep your account statement.
• To answer your questions and resolve problems, including through support tickets.
• To tell you about your orders. We send marketing only if you agree to it.

Our WhatsApp assistant

Messages to our WhatsApp number may first be answered by an automated assistant. To write its replies, the text of your messages and the details needed to answer (for example your order status) are processed by our AI service providers. We use providers that do not use this information to train their models. Our staff can read the chat and take it over at any time, and you can always ask to speak to a person. Addresses may be looked up on OpenStreetMap to measure the distance for a pickup or delivery.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business — Google Firebase (hosting and our database), Meta (WhatsApp), our AI service providers and OpenStreetMap — and when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep account, order and payment records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet accounting and legal requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop messaging you, by contacting us below. Deleting some records may not be possible while an order or payment is open or where the law requires us to keep them. See how to delete your data and our terms of service.
